The Old Frame Second Routine is a short but challenging routine for experienced Tai Chi practitioners. It builds on the foundation of the First Routine emphasizing Fa Jin (explosive power) training as well as advanced martial strategies.
This is a self-paced course, meaning you can start the course anytime and complete the lessons according to your own schedule. In addition, this course includes the opporunity for individual feeback and corrections. Spaced throughout the course are three optional video assignments, so you can submit video of your practice and chart your progress.
