This self-paced course is the first of two sessions that teaches this tradition's main routine, the Old Frame, First Routine.
The lessons provide detailed video instruction of each movement plus a reference video of the moves in context, making it easy to learn. Clear explanations of footwook, correct body alignment, and movement details are covered. And a complete warm-up and progressive conditioning program is included in each lesson.
Opportunity to submit video for personalized feedback is assigned at key intervals to keep your training on track.
